      SGG THERM+®, Heated solutions
Saint-Gobain revolutionizes the electric heating by offering first heating glass made-to-measure
SGG THERM+® combines the comfort of radiated heat and a very homogeneous surface temperature
to the pure aesthetics of glass.
Thanks to its High Performances conducting coating, SGG THERM+® offers a broad range of components and
flexible solutions.

Applications

SGG THERM+® properties are especially suitable for domestic appliances :
• radiator front panel • towel-rail
• mirror • radiator inside panel
and industrial appliances :
• hot plate • industrial heater
• catering equipement • hot shelves

SGG THERM+® combines Comfort, Aesthetic and Safety.
• soft heat (cf. fig. 1)
• fast heating
• surface temperature homogeneity (cf. fig. 2)
• easy cleaning
• no dust movement in the air
• glass in all its states
• transparency
• SECURIT® tempered glass for a better mechanical resistance
• for SGG THERM+®, Saint-Gobain has developed electric insulation solutions in compliance with
regulations and standards (NF EN 60335)

* : If SGG SECURIT® is broken, it will break into small fragments with dulled edges, which significantly reduces the risk of serious cuts or injuries. Moreover, SGG SECURIT® can withstand service temperatures up to 250°C and temperature differentials of 200°C through the thickness of the glass.
